Motel Managers (Westport, WA)
We are a small motel with a small budget. We pay for all utilities and housing, we offer 800.00/mo. We give a bonus in July based on performance on top of this. It is a good fit for a couple that has additional income. Westport is a like a ghost town in the winter and many people just fine it too "small town" with a population of 2200. During the summer months though it is a bustling fishing town with folks coming from Seattle and all over.

RETAIL STORE MANAGER (KELOWNA AND PENTICTON)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to a Retail Sales Manager your role as a Store Manager is to drive personal and store sales, customer satisfaction and operational excellence in your store location. You have a proven background of sales success coupled with a strong ability to train and lead others. You understand the importance of providing your customers with world class customer experiences, including a continued relationship throughout their life cycle.


EXPECTATIONS:
-achieve personal and store monthly sales targets consistently
-achieve quarterly sales, mystery shop, customer satisfaction targets
-ensure all customer transactions are completed following Rogers and FVW guidelines
-ensure service repair follow up is completed in a timely manner
-ensure courtesy phone transaction are complete from start to finish
-ensure all store staff comply to Rogers and FVW policies and procedures
-process bank deposits and report to head office in a timely manner
-ensure all cash outs and reconciliations are completed daily with complete accuracy
-attend weekly Managers meeting at head office
-report weekly, activities and action plans to drive sales
-forecast, order and maintain adequate levels of accessory inventory
-process returns and clearance of accessories to minimize store inventory loss
-ensure store stock levels of cell phones and devices are adequate
-process weekly serialized inventory counts
-handle first level customer escalations in a timely manner and within budget
-ensure all customers returns, including DOA inventory is administered with complete accuracy
-complete weekly reports as required by head office
-notify head office of any suspect or fraudulent activity from other sales reps and/or customers
-ensuring all customers follow up is completed on a weekly basis
-ensure all customer contact information is being collected with each transaction
-maintain Rogers Wireless merchandising plans and adequate levels of brochures in store
-participate in community related event marketing and networking opportunities


QUALIFICATIONS:
